How long are shipping times?

Products have estimated delivery times that you will find in the product description but on average orders will ship within 3 days of checkout and can then take 5-28 days to reach your doorstep. Please be aware worldwide delivery services are at risk of disruption due to Covid-19

 

What's your return policy?

Just tell us what went wrong, send along a pic, and if applicable we’ll give you your money back in full.

How do I use my discount code?

If you have a discount code simply enter is along with your payment details when you checkout your purchase and it will automatically be applied, please note discounts do not apply to sale items, or E-Bikes which will always have separate promotions (sign up to our newsletter to catch them!)

 

Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations are possible if you do not receive your package within the timeframe specified for each individual product. Sometimes orders get sent out before we can process the cancellation. So if you cancel your order but still receive the package please contact us.

 

What happens if I receive the wrong item?

If there’s an issue with your order, if it’s the wrong size, wrong color, defective, or otherwise not what you ordered, then simply notify us of the details, and on agreement we’ll give you a refund. Please note in some instances we may provide you with a shipping label and ask you to return the item to our suppliers first.

 

Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer exchanges but we want our customers to be happy with their purchase. If you think you want to exchange an item the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and once the return is accepted make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Why did I only receive part of my order?

Don't worry, your items had to be shipped separately.
We work with different artists and manufacturers worldwide and your order more than likely contains products from more than one supplier.  Please refer to estimated delivery times on the relevant products page and check any tracking links you have received, or you can contact us about your specific order via our contact form.

 

Where is my order?

Please use the tracking link provided in your order confirmation email.
You can also track your order through the Instant Answers, Track My Order Option in the Automated Chat Pop Up on Our Website, if you have your order number.

 

I have a problem with my order that is not answered anywhere on your website, What should I do?

We're sorry if you've experienced any difficulties at any stage in your custom with Greentrak Store Ltd.  Please remain calm, then contact us through our contact page and we will get back to you as soon as possible. We always endeavour to find solutions to our customers satisfaction and we are committed to providing a professional and fair service to all customers. We ask that customers respect our staff, we won’t tolerate any form of abusive behaviour and under such circumstances no member of staff will be required to or feel obliged to deal with any customer either face to face, over the phone or in correspondence. Management reserves the right to immediately terminate and refund any abusive customer order without notice or explanation.
